About Me

I am Wael Omer Abdin Mohamed, a bilingual (Arabic and English) solicitor with over 20 years of experience helping clients navigate complex legal and business challenges. I bring to the table not only a solid legal foundation—an LLM in International Business Law—but also a strong business acumen, having completed an Executive MBA with distinction.

I was honoured to be named the AMBA Student of the Year in 2025, an award that recognises individuals who bridge business knowledge and leadership. This means I understand what drives businesses, not just from a legal standpoint, but also from operational, strategic, and financial angles. I’ve built and led my own legal firm from the ground up, earning recognition by Chambers and Partners in a different jurisdiction, and I’m passionate about providing legal advice that is
clear, effective, and tailored to your needs. As a freelance solicitor, I am committed to delivering high-quality legal services with your peace of mind in focus—most of my work is offered on a fixed-fee basis, helping you avoid the uncertainty and stress of hourly billing.  When you choose to work with me, you’re not just hiring a solicitor—you’re partnering with someone who understands your goals, speaks your language, and stands firmly in your corner.

As a freelance solicitor offering only non-reserved legal services in England and Wales, it is not mandatory for me to have professional indemnity insurance that meets any minimum levels of cover laid down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.  I do however feel that it is prudent and in the interests of my clients to take out and maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance that provides adequate and appropriate cover in respect of the services I provide or have provided. I have therefore put in place Professional Indemnity Insurance which provides cover to £1M and which I consider to be an adequate and appropriate level of cover for the services I provide to my clients.
