About Me

I am Wael Omer Abdin Mohamed, a solicitor in England and Wales with over 20 years of legal experience advising businesses and international clients on corporate and commercial matters.

I provide clear, practical legal advice with a strong commercial focus. In addition to my legal training, I hold an LLM in International Business Law and an Executive MBA with distinction, which enables me to approach legal issues with an understanding of how businesses operate in practice.

I was honoured to be named AMBA Student of the Year in 2025, an award recognising individuals who combine academic excellence with leadership and business insight.

My experience includes founding and leading a legal practice that has been recognised by Chambers and Partners in another jurisdiction. This background informs my approach to advising clients in England and Wales, particularly where commercial considerations and cross-border elements are involved.

I advise UK businesses and international clients, and I am able to work with clients in both English and Arabic.

As a freelance solicitor, I focus on delivering high-quality corporate and commercial legal services in a clear and efficient manner. Most services are provided on a fixed-fee basis, offering clients certainty and transparency on cost.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

As a freelance solicitor providing non-reserved legal services in England and Wales, I am not required to maintain professional indemnity insurance at a minimum level prescribed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

However, I consider it appropriate and in the interests of my clients to maintain adequate insurance cover. I therefore hold professional indemnity insurance with a limit of £1 million.
