I am Wael Omer Abdin Mohamed, a bilingual (Arabic and English) solicitor with over 20 years of experience helping clients navigate complex legal and business challenges. I bring to the table not only a solid legal foundation—an LLM in International Business Law—but also a strong business acumen, having completed an Executive MBA with distinction.

As a freelance solicitor offering only non-reserved legal services in England and Wales, it is not mandatory for me to have professional indemnity insurance that meets any minimum levels of cover laid down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.  I do however feel that it is prudent and in the interests of my clients to take out and maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance that provides adequate and appropriate cover in respect of the services I provide or have provided. I have therefore put in place Professional Indemnity Insurance which provides cover to £1M and which I consider to be an adequate and appropriate level of cover for the services I provide to my clients.

My insurer is Kingsbridge. If you have any questions about the nature of my services or the insurance arrangements in place, I would be pleased to provide further information upon request.

What I can not help you with:

I will not be providing services to do with Immigration, Regulated claims management activities, Litigation, The Exercise of Rights of Audience, Reserved Instrument activities, Probate Activities, Notarial Activities, Conveyancing, Administration of Oaths and Financial Services Activities. Furthermore, I will not hold Client money and will not be accepting or working with Legal Aid. All of the services I will be providing will be listed on the services page.
